Ankeny High School Building Construction Class

Helps Historical Society

The Ankeny High School Building Construction Class, along with instructor Brian Lehman has been volunteering many hours at the Historical House. The class is putting in a new handicap ramp on the west side of the house. The class has 11 students. Leachman Lumber of Des Moines is donating half the cost of the building materials for the ramp.

        

Rummage Sale - May 17 from 8:00 p.m. – Noon:

We had so much fun, we’re doing it again. We had such a great response on our last Rummage Sale we’ve decided to hold another one. It will be Saturday, May

17 at the Old Museum, located behind the Neveln Community Resource Center. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – noon.
